CEO

Enrico Krog Iversen is a Danish entrepreneur and business executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry and CEO of OnRobot since 2018.

In 2008, Iversen co-founded Universal Robots, which developed the world's first collaborative robot. Under his leadership as CEO, Universal Robots grew rapidly and was eventually acquired by Teradyne. 

After the acquisition, Iversen left Universal Robots and founded OnRobot. As the CEO of OnRobot, he has led the company's growth and expansion into new markets,  becoming a leading provider of collaborative automation solutions.

Iversen has won numerous awards for his contributions to the technology industry, including the Danish Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016 and the Automation Alley's Global CEO of the Year award in 2018. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, and has been recognized as one of the most influential people in the robotics industry by Robo Business Media.

DIRECTOR GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Thomas Houden is the Director Global Business Develompent based in OnRobot’s headquarters in Odense. He is responsible for global commercial activities and leads the product and technical team in Odense. 

Thomas has been with OnRobot since foundation in 2018 and has been a part of the robotics industry 

since 2015 with past experience at Universal Robots and ANBE (investment firm managed by our CEO Enrico).

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)

James Taylor is the OnRobot EMEA & APAC General Manager. He is responsible for strategy and operations for his regions.

James has almost two decades of experience developing commercial organizations and markets in Asia, including in the robotics and automation industries. He joined OnRobot in 2019 and was previously the General Manager for Universal Robots China. James is passionate about making collaborative automation solutions affordable and accessible for organizations of all sizes and in all locations.

GENERAL MANAGER AMERICAS

Kristian Hulgard is the General Manager of the Americas division at OnRobot. 

Kristian has been with OnRobot since foundation. He has been part of the collaborative robot market since its emergence and is a thought leader in cobot applications and deployment of robots in the collaborative space.
